Over the past 20 years Mike has boosted marketing performance of some of the world’s leading consumer brands Including; Interbrew/InBEV, MolsonCoors, Pepsi-Cola, Cadbury, CIBC, President’s Choice Financial, Hewlet Packard, Roger’s Communications, IATCO (Saudi Arabia) and various lotteries in North America and Europe. Mike started his career at Procter & Gamble before joining the management team that built Sales & Merchandising Group S&MG (later part of publicly traded Mosaic Group), where he was Vice President of Client Services, President of S&MG, Corporate Development Officer North America and President of Eye On Retail Inc. Before turning to private practice, Michael also took on the role of COO of a group of Marketing Services Companies that made up e2e. Michael helps CustomerLAB clients tangibly improve the measurability and return-on-investment of front line merchandising and promotion.
