Kirk Boyd is a senior finance professional with extensive expertise in both public and private companies. He is an expert in IFRS, cash management, cost containment and international regulatory matters for public companies. Prior to his consulting career, Kirk held senior finance roles with technology, communications and investment companies. He was CFO of various Canadian and international operations of apparel and footwear giant Converse Inc., where he oversaw finance for brands such as Converse, Florsheim Shoes, Ethan Allen and London Fog. Kirk regularly assists clients with process improvement in the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets, cash flow forecasts, profit analysis, aged receivables and collections.
